Maintenance Program

So, you’ve achieved your mobility and balance goals. You’re feeling good, and you’re back in action in all of your typical activities. How do you sustain this state?

Similar to performing routine maintenance on a car, your body benefits from routine maintenance. Regularly changing your oil, replacing brake pads, and rotating your tires prevent future malfunction. Likewise, regularly exercising your body to maintain the goals you’ve achieved can prevent future injury and dysfunction.

Headstrong PT and Wellness offers a maintenance program to help you keep up with life demands. You can choose either the 1x/month or 2x/month plan, depending on your schedule and goals. Each plan includes 60-minute treatment with our physical therapist to discuss current goals and progress exercise/activity recommendations to maintain current function.
