Headstrong PT & Wellness is a private pay, out-of-network organization. This is purposeful and has many benefits.
Your care plan will include education and wellness components, which are not typically reimbursed by insurance.
Private pay removes insurance’s visit number restrictions, allowing you to work with you PT to achieve your goals.
Dry needling is a service not currently covered under Medicare and some insurances. This highly beneficial and specialized service is available to address your needs.
Headstrong PT & Wellness has clear and consistent pricing. You will never receive an outstanding or surprise bill following your appointment.
Pricing
Initial evaluation: $225
Individual treatment session: $200
Treatment package: 10 sessions, $175 per treatment
Maintenance program session: $150
Payment is due 24 hours in advance
Your invoice can be paid by accessing your portal on Simple Practice
Cancellation policy
24 hours or more in advance: You will receive a full refund
Less than 24 hours in advance: You will not receive a refund of any amount
