Balance After a Fall
If you’ve ever taken a fall, you’ve likely experienced fear, pain, and possibly injury. From that experience, you may feel anxiety about falling again. It’s time to break the cycle and get your balance (and confidence!) back. Our physical therapist is well-trained to challenge your balance on various surfaces, in different positions, and with different activities while maintaining your safety. Fall recovery (standing up after a fall) is an essential skill that you will learn as well.
